It may not be patio season in Edmonton at the moment, but one of the best places to dine on a patio with a fabulous view of the downtown skyline at the Whyte Avenue location.
With a two-tiered patio with high wicker bar chairs, the patio also has its own bar and couches for a more relaxed feel. The patio is also heated so the outdoor season can be extended well into the fall.
There are five O2's locations in Edmonton, but my opinion the Whyte Avenue location is the best because of the patio view. Now for the dish on the food.
The margaritas are great but my favourite dish on their relatively large menu is the lettuce wraps. The spicy but not overly hot lettuce wraps are the best ones in the city and I've had my share of lettuce wraps.
Their chicken wings are also great and cheap for 35 cents each after 4 p.m. weekdays.
O2's is a great place to watch the game (any game that is) with the other two floors of the restaurant during the winter months.
Whether you are with friends or eating solo, O2's is a great place.
