I'm a mother, wife, writer and online store owner. I've lived in the southern suburbs of Adelaide all my life.

In these modern times of healthy living and even healthier eating, the Japanese cuisine of sushi has become a common name around Adelaide. With sushi bars and kiosks popping up all over the city, it's sometimes hard to know where to go.
I stumbled upon O'Sushi O'Bento in the famous and ever popular China Town next to the Central Markets when I was looking for a quick and easy lunch.
Being a vegetarian, I enjoy sushi but sometimes find the range a little dull. O'Sushi O'Bento caters well for vegetarians like me, offering a range including the usual avocado as well as the delicious tofu and lettuce and inside out pumpkin roll.
For the meat eaters, there is a range of sushi (which I'm told are equally as tasty), including teriyaki chicken and fried prawn.
If you're looking for a more substantial meal and have the time to wait for it to be prepared, a range of bento boxes are available including spicy pork, teriyaki chicken, pork katsu and for the more adventurous, roasted eel.
I recently sampled the vegetarian bento box and was pleasantly surprised; for around $12 you receive a piece of sushi, stir fried vegetables with tofu and steamed rice, ginger, seaweed salad, vegetable salad (similar to coleslaw) and miso soup to wash it all down.
Next time you're in the markets head over to O'Sushi O'Bento to sample the fresh, healthy and quick food available.
