New Year's Eve celebrations are returning to Glenelg and Brighton for the first time since 2019. From 7pm on Saturday the 31st of December 2022, you and your family can enjoy free on-stage entertainment featuring Mr Buzzy, Australian Rock Collective, Born 2 Boogie and Jaki J at Glenelg beach north of the jetty. The unique Mr Buzzy will bring an energetic vibe with their performance while members of the Australian Rock Collective are set to share their passion for rock and roll.

There will also be fireworks at both Glenelg and Brighton at the family-friendly time of 9:30pm. In Glenelg, another fireworks will light up the night sky at midnight before the event officially concludes at 12:45am. Please note that these events are held within dry zone areas. The jetties will be closed and no boats are allowed next to them either. For more information, do head to their website at www.holdfast.sa.gov.au .
