Welcome to NOT the Usual Suspects, a wine event all about the weird and the wonderful, the unusual, the new and the old.

On Sunday 30th of November from 2pm, this special event at the National Wine Centre in Adelaide will showcase wines from over forty producers with just the one, teensy little catch - NO chardonnay, riesling, sauv blanc, pinot noir, shiraz, merlot or cab sauv.

So what's on offer? All those 'new' varieties you are starting to see in the bottleshop and on your favourite wine lists like Fiano, Vermentino, Grillo, Sangiovese, Tempranillo, Nebbiolo, Grenache, Graciano and Lagrein.

Come along and have a chat with the winemakers - they will be happy to tell how and where the wines were made, food matching options and (occasionally) how to pronounce the damn things!

Tickets are priced $30pp - call 08 8313 3355 to make a booking now.
