Don't tell my mum, but Nostos' oven-baked, 'fall off the bone' shoulder of lamb is hands down the best I have ever had the pleasure of devouring. You don't even need a knife to enjoy this slow-cooked masterpiece. Served with lemon garlic potatoes, Nostos' lamb is succulent and simply melts in the mouth.
