While having a lovely day out at the North Sydney Market, we got a little bit peckish and we couldn't go past this super yummy looking Japancake. There were a few different flavours to choose from, but we had a sample of this Bacon and Potato Japancake and we just had to have a whole one. It came with Japanese mayo, tonkatsu sauce and a little nori on top. Very delicious and satisfying.
