A showcase of unique handmade gifts & creations by local artisans

The North Shore Craft Group (NSCG), founded in 1957, has had a very long tradition of fostering the unique talents of craftspeople from the area and bringing their exquisite creations to the public through their exciting exhibitions.

Over four fun-filled days this winter, the NSCG is proudly presenting their annual Contemporary Art & Craft Exhibition & Sale at Thornleigh Community Centre.

Opening on Thursday 18th July 2019 from 10am, this four-day extravaganza will showcase a diverse range of unique handmade gifts & creations by local artisans, including glassware, handweaving, jewellery, ceramics, woodwork, silk-painted fabrics, leatherwork, felting, eco-dyeing, decoupage, painting and accessories.

Don't miss this rare opportunity to purchase arts and crafts for loved ones and acquire original pieces for your collection. Entry is free and all are welcome to attend.

As part of the festivities, there is a Member's Challenge: Layers Lines Loops, plus the chance to win $200 to spend at the show.

It's good to see a craft group generating enough interest and committment to put on something like this.
