I am always looking out for new experiences, wherever I may find myself.

Normanhurst Park is a public sportsground in Normanhurst. It's probably the main park in the suburb, though it's by no means centrally located; you'll find it on the western side of the rain line, down Harris Road.

The park has a large oval, which is used for cricket and soccer. A clubhouse is along one side, and there are toilets too.

The facilities don't end with the oval. Down the rear of Normanhurst Park (near Bryan Avenue), there are also cricket nets and two synthetic netball courts.

Near Harris Road, which is the main point of access, you'll also find a playground with a slide, swings (a few different types), a see-saw and more. The area is fenced, with a sheltered table where kids can eat and parents relax.

Other parks on this side of Pennant Hills Road in Normanhurst include Davidson Park (a small space next to the suburb's train station) and Kenley Park (which is full of trees). Cross the road and you also have Philippa Oleary Park (a historic park that's very tucked-away).
