Situated on the shores of the Noosa River is the single court of the Noosaville Tennis Club. Available for hire all year round, it is a relaxing place to spend an afternoon with friends. Or if you prefer a hit during the evening, you can play under lights.

If your technique needs a little tweaking coaching is available by Tennis Australia certified coaches for private or group bookings. Whether you fancy yourself as the next Sam Stosur or just want to brush up on your high school game all levels are catered for.

Coaching is available for all levels

Mini coaching is also available for the tiny tots and juniors. Clinics are also held during the school holidays. The focus here is on technique with a BIG emphasis on fun! With games like Crocodile, Free the Princess and University, you'll want to join in too. For all coaching enquiries call Chris on 0428 302 829.

But if you are holidaying along the river and just feel like a casual hit then the court is available to hire by the hour: $12 during the day and $15/hour in the evenings. Call 0431 707 941 to secure your booking.

The secure tennis shed will keep your valuables safe

Imagine yourself, racquet in hand, the warm breeze on your back, returning serve as a pelican flies by. Afterwards you rest on a picnic blanket enjoying an award winning coffee from a nearby cafe as you watch the passing stream of walkers, cyclists and skateboarders. On the river, kayakers, stand up paddle boarders and fishermen drift by. Fish and chips is sounding good for dinner tonight or choose from the many cafes and restaurants along the river.

But a word of warning. Check the local weather conditions, particularly if you book for the afternoon. A strong north easterly sea breeze may give your opponent the advantage, and we can't have that happening can we?
