Shady Picnic Spot Abound

[ADVERT]Snuggled beside the majestic Lake Macdonald and set on 8 acres, its winding pathways lead to several shady picnic spots and is the perfect family getaway. You could even pack a picnic hamper and settle in for the whole day.

It also has a amphitheatre in the gardens. Its wonderful natural acoustics make it the perfect place for outdoor music events, including opera.
Lake MacDonald
A spot of fishing?

Opening hours are 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The fernery is only open during weekdays from 7am 3.30pm but don't let that stop you, its well worth a lazy Sunday family outing with plenty of nooks and crannies to explore!.
