Noodles: 1000 gr Onions: 200 gr Sugar: 100 gr Coriander: 200 gr; lettuce : 200 gr Chilli: 100g Fish sauce, olive oil, pepper, vinegar, lemon
Chop pork into thin slices. Marinate mince pork with 1/3 teaspoon salt, ¼ tsp of pepper, 1 tsp of fish sauce, 1 tsp of sugar, 2 tsp of olive oil for 30 minutes. Then marinate pork belly with 1/3 teaspoon salt, ¼ tsp of pepper, 1 tsp of fish sauce, 1 tsp of sugar for 30 minutes.
Grill both the pork mince and pork belly.
Prepare the sauce to accompany the dish: mix vinegar (50ml), chopped peppers, minced garlic, sugar (50gr), fish sauce (50ml), lemon and chilli.
Place noodles in a bowl served with sauce, then add grilled meat, coriander and lettuce.
