The Tea Tree Players Theatre presents their production of the 1982 play 'Noises Off' . Generally accepted as the best farce ever written, it has been entertaining audiences in great numbers around the world for the past thirty years. It's a comedy that aims at entertaining the audience through extravagant situations.

Written by Michael Frayne The idea was born while he was watching a performance of a farce. The result is a play-within-a-play. Noises Off is the story of an ambitious director and his cast of actors. The cast and crew are putting together a farce comedy titled Nothing On'.

It is only hours before the opening of 'Nothing On', and the cast are running through a final dress rehearsal in the Grand Theatre before the first audience arrives. We move to one month later and the show is still running. At the end we see the play coming to a close at week 10. It's the story of a play about a play.

Noises Off will run at The Tea Tree Players Theatre at Corner of Yatala Vale Road and Hancock Road, Surrey Downs, from February 4th - February 21st at 8:00pm and matinee each Saturday at 2:30pm.

Admission is $15 Adults and $13 Concession. Bookings are available at: http://sa2.seatadvisor.com/
