[ADVERT]A world class dining experience!

The impeccable presentation and phenomenal, fresh flavours of the food at Nobu Japanese Restaurant sets the bar high for fine dining in Melbourne. Located in the prestigious Crown Casino, meals are quite pricey; however, if you're looking to impress a special someone, look no farther.

The signature Black Cod Miso has to be the most amazing tasting seafood dish I've tried as of yet. The soft texture and sweet marinade left me savouring every last morsel.

Black Cod Miso
A stunning and delicious signature dish.

But what's fine dining without fine drink? The drinks menu contains a delectable array of exotic cocktails with Japanese flare, as well as, beer, wine, spirits and liqueurs too. I had the Lychee and Coconut Ice cocktail, a very elegant cocktail that definitely got me buzzing.

The best part about the authentic Japanese cuisine is how it's eaten. This special meal lasted a good 2.5-3 hours due to the fact that you eat it slowly, enjoy it and appreciate the exquisite flavours. The portion sizes aren't too large which leaves you walking away feeling light but extremely satisfied.

Fantastic service added to the evening, as the waiters and waitresses were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the Japanese cuisine.

A dining experience I can't wait to try again.
