Get your swimmers on

Noble Park Aquatic Centre is a fantastic indoor and outdoor swimming pool located on the corner of Heatherton Road in Noble Park.

It has recently gone under extensive renovations and the place is looking a lot better than it did many years ago.

NPAC offers swimming lessons for babies, kids, and adults. This is done indoors in the lap pools. The instructors are really lovely and helpful towards the beginners. My niece did swimming lessons here for two years and really thrived from the excellent teaching and environment.

They have a women-only swimming session on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings 8pm-9:45pm. There are only women lifeguards around the pool and only women are allowed to swim and boys under six years of age.

They also have a men's only swimming session on Monday nights, between 8pm-9:45pm. Only male lifeguards are on duty at this time.
These sessions are great because it allows all women to socialise with one another and men to socialise together.

Splash Park, which is the outdoor swimming pool, is a super fun place for kids to play in that has a water playground, tipping buckets and a large green water slide.

The pool is open on school holidays, weekend, and some public holidays dependent on weather. It gets pretty busy in the warmer months, but your kids will certainly have a ball!

NPAC offers swimming birthday parties where your party gets a birthday room, so you can eat away from the other patrons and cut the cake. It makes for a fun party in the summer!

Prices vary for what you want to do at the pool but a basic summary includes

Adult recreational swim $6.70
Concession $5.45
Child $5.45

Waterslide unlimited day pass is $15 or you can pay $2.20 for one ride, or $8.80 for five rides.

They also offer multi-visit passes and group fitness classes.

This pool is really fun and I believe all kids would enjoy it here and parents will love the open spaces, cheap entry price, variety of things to do, and of course, the sunshade areas.
