So much to little time...
Lose yourself in the dark and dance (like crazy)
no lights no lycra

Have you ever been home alone, turned the music up, and danced around like crazy? I know I have. There is just something very liberating about dancing with no one watching. Welcome to No Lights No Lycra, a global dance phenomenon. Conceived in Melbourne in 2009 by two dance students, No Lights No Lycra are of the belief that everyone can, and should, dance like no one is watching. There are no lights, no instructors, no must-do moves and no judgement. No one can see you.

NLNL are kicking off 2015 and shaking things up with some special CELEBRITY MIXES every Wednesday night in February. Rising star Banoffee, a NLNL regular from the beginning, launched the month with a banging playlist reflecting her myriad influences on February 4.

February 11th will see Melbourne pop outfit The Harpoons playlist get your feet moving with their tailored mix. February 18th, dance goddess Chela has some sensational tracks selected especially for you and on February 25th, Total Giovanni , renowned for their 'shamanic disco and heartbreak house', have mixed one hell of a playlist up for you to dance to like no one is watching. Because you can.

Sessions are being held at 49 Nicholson Street, East Brunswick and tickets are $7 at the door. The venue is wheelchair accessible. For further information please visit their Facebook page.
