A hug of a recipe
Summary

To make your picky eater and the whole family happy, Pantley has gotten her friends to share delicious recipes, not only to make happy kids but for peace and happiness. These are no-cry solutions.

Rule: Make family dinnertime a routine.
Verdict: Follow it!
Why? Your kids are going to eat healthier and are less likely to use drugs.

Be a good example. You are leading the way with your own food choices.

Kids love foods that they can pick up and dip. The sauce that goes with it can be in a bowl to dip, such as ranch dressing for baby carrots or meatballs in marinara. Page 125 has an entire list of dip and dippers.

On Pages 115 to 116, healthier alternatives are made for food such as pizza (English muffin with pizza sauce and toppings), jelly beans (with fruit roll-ups), milkshakes (homemade smoothies), and cookies (fig newtons or graham crackers).

Opinion

Obviously, my favorite parts of the cookbook are all of the dips and dippers!

The recipes are easy to follow.

I would recommend this cookbook to couples with picky eaters.

I give this cookbook a 5-star rating!
