Chocolate - did someone say C-H-O-C-O-L-A-T-E!
This is my nona's recipe and a sure crowd-pleaser.mBe it a house party or something sweet to celebrate an occasion, this recipe doesn't need much. It is ready in a couple of hours

Ingredients
Crust
200g Arnotts Chocolate ripple
75g melted unsalted butter

Filliing
350g dark chocolate melts (I love the bittersweet taste of good dark chocolate)
250ml heavy cream
50g unsalted butter
Strawberries/cherries to decorate

Make the tart shell
Blitz the biscuits in a food processor until it is a fine crumb. Add butter to the crumb and work the mixture to a dough-like consistency.
Make use of a removable base tart pan and create a tart base by pressing the dough to the base and the sides.
Refrigerate for 30 mins or more till the tart shell sets

Make the tart filling
Over low heat warm the cream. Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate melts and the butter. Give it a good stir until all the chocolate has melted.
- Pour this gooey melted goodness into the tart shell and chuck into the fridge for a good 4-5 hours.

Decorate with your favourite fruit and enjoy the decadent rich textured tart.
