Do you like the flavour of peanut butter and honey sandwiches? This raw peanut butter slice reminds me of that flavour - without the bread and with the added deliciousness of chocolate! It is an easy recipe which requires no baking, so it is the perfect recipe for a hot summer's day, when you don't want to turn on the oven.
This recipe is the result of trial-and-error, as most of my recipes are, and is the right consistency to hold together perfectly when you slice it up. You may find, however, that different brands of peanut butter (and how oily they are), may affect how it sets, so adjust your measurements accordingly. It is the ultimate comfort food for you peanut-butter lovers out there as it is nutty, filling, (mostly) healthy and
delish! Why don't you make it this weekend?

It is nutty, filling, healthy and delish!
