A fusion of rich and robust food with a contemporary twist
Nino's Lamesita is a Filipino restaurant by Head Chef Fred Caballero it features mainly Filipino flavours, such as 'Crispy Pata' (Knockout Pork Knuckle) as their signature dish. And also, other all–time favourite Filipino cuisine such as 'Pork Sisig', Crispy Soft Shell Crab, Cameron Rebosado (Prawn Tempura) and a selection of Barbeque skewers.
The restaurant is located at 104 North Terrace just right in the heart of Adelaide City. Newly opened in 2015, its name means 'Small Boy, Small Table' in Filipino. One of my favourite is Kare Kare (Oxtail Stew) a uniquely traditional Filipino stew complimented with vegetables and a thick savoury peanut sauce is one of the best creations they have. The food is very well presented with a friendly service.
