John is the head winemaker, who uses age-old wine making techniques to craft his unique range of wines, from the handmade estate grown sparkling Pinot Chardonnay, to some very big hearty reds, including the Barrel Reserve Shiraz (aged for 28 months in French Barriques). After sampling some of John's finest selections, settle in for an authentic Italian pizza, made with the finest local ingredients and some specialty produce imported direct from Italy.
