Magill locals, history buffs and parents of young children will love this little reserve on Third Creek along St Bernards Road. It's tucked away in the shade of towering old gum trees on the corner of St Bernards and Woodforde Roads, close to the Magill uni campus and the Tower Hotel.
A walking path winds down into a little gully next to a neat, shady little playground and tennis courts towards Third Creek. There you'll find various historical markers and objects explaining the history and botany of the immediate area.
The playground features the traditional bark chip soft landing pads and is suitable for school aged children and pre-schoolers who are confident climbers.
