What's not to like about this event? Free family fun under the stars continues this January, with the return of the popular Darling Quarter Night Owls Kids' Film Festival for its ninth season.
So many films to see, so much time and the best thing is that it's free, so you can come back as often as you like. Seventeen family blockbuster films current and from the past, including Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, Toy Story 4 and How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World and many others will be shown starting at 6.45 pm and preceded by short-films and entertainment which begin at 6 pm.
On select nights there are also films for adults and teenagers, Bohemian Rhapsody, Crazy Rich Asians and many more, so check out the program here.
Bring a blanket, a picnic basket or buy food from one of the precinct's renowned eateries, with options including sushi (Umi Sushi), steaks (Stacks Bar), Thai (Nok Nok Thai Eating House), Brazilian BBQ (Braza Churrascaria), fish and chips (Taste) or pizza (Vesta). For yummy desserts, there's gelato from Gelatissimo or cakes and chocolate from Guylian.
Darling Quarter is very easily accessible, for more information on how to get there please check here.
