The Carriageworks' Night Market will also double as the opening night to the 2017 Sydney Chinese New Year Festival, which will welcome the year of the Rooster. Kylie Kwong's intention is to provide all kinds of foodies with a wok full of multi-cultural cuisine. As a result, each stellar eatery has been given the mandate to conjure a dish that reflects their own unique style while at the same time incorporating an Asian twist.

There is sure to be something for everyone, as the food fest is set to incorporate a distinct multicultural arrangement of eateries. The dining options on the night will highlight the culinary skills of many of Sydney's hottest chefs, as they attempt to replicate and innovate the unique street food that makes Tokyo, Seoul and Shanghai famous.
