Taking a walk is a great way to clear the cobwebs and enjoy the sunshine. Nielson Park is perfect for a nice afternoon walk with pup or family.

An out of the way short walk in the bush, located off Rowbotham St, the park is open to walkers and cyclists. A small concrete path leads up to the bush walk itself. It's quite secluded and the park is small, you'd barely know it was there.



Nielson Park feels untouched and bushy enough to make you think you're actually out of town on a hike. There are also different birdlife, hares and some wallabies to see, if you're lucky.



If you're feeling stir-crazy, it's a good way to burn off some steam and get out of the house.
