Step back in time and experience the roaring '20s at
Nick and Nora's Parramatta, a glamorous cocktail and champagne bar that's dripping in style. Indulge in delectable oysters and mouth-watering canapés while sipping on perfectly crafted cocktails that will transport you to a bygone era. And for an extra touch of luxury, head up to the rooftop terrace to take in the stunning views while you sip your drink of choice. With its vintage flair and sophisticated atmosphere, Nick and Nora's Parramatta is the perfect spot for a date night or to catch up with friends.
From my personal experience, I can confidently say that the cocktail selection at this establishment is nothing short of amazing. The options are not only delicious and mouthwatering but also cater to an array of different preferences and tastes. That being said, it's important to keep in mind that the price point of these tantalising beverages can be quite steep, with prices typically ranging from
$20 to $26.

Nonetheless, I can assure you that the unique and expertly crafted flavours are truly worth the cost. Out of all the cocktail options available, the
French Canon stole the show for me. This expertly crafted concoction is a unique blend of Hendricks gin, yuzu pearls, elderflower, and crisp white wine, which comes together to create an unparalleled flavour that's hard to resist. Prepare your taste buds for a citrusy and tangy explosion with just the right amount of sweetness.
What's On the Menu!
If you're planning on dining at Nick and Nora's Parramatta, it's worth noting that the menu consists of small sharing plates, with most of the dishes ranging from
$15 to $22. So, you may want to grab a bite beforehand if you're feeling particularly famished.

I have to say, the
mushroom and pea arancini balls are an absolute delight. These small bites are packed with flavour, with a crispy exterior and a soft, creamy centre that's bursting with the earthy notes of mushrooms and the sweetness of peas. The
pork belly at Nick and Nora's Parramatta is an absolute must-try. The perfectly cooked pork belly is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and it's complemented by a delectable sweet sauce that elevates the dish to new heights. While there are plenty of delicious options to choose from on the menu, I would advise steering clear of the
falafel, as I found it to be quite dry and lacking in flavour.
I have to admit, I was a bit disappointed with the
churros when they arrived at the table. For a price of 15 dollars, I was expecting a more substantial serving, but what I received were small pieces of churros, accompanied by only a couple of marshmallows.

Final Thoughts
Nick and Nora's Parramatta can be found on 30 Hunter Street, within the Skye Suites building in Parramatta, NSW 2150. As a local, I've noticed that the area around the bar can feel a bit lonely, especially during the short 5-minute walk to the various train and bus options available. Alternatively, it offers plenty of paid street parking options, with many spots available directly outside the venue.
It is a
wheelchair-accessible venue, with both a ramp and elevator available for those who require them. However, it's worth noting that the layout of the bar can make manoeuvring a wheelchair a bit challenging in certain areas. If you're looking for a great spot to enjoy some pre or post-drinks with a quick bite to eat, Nick and Nora's Parramatta is the perfect choice.
