Fun, dance and entertainment
What a wonderful multicultural society we are able to live in and enjoy here in Australia. From the joys of Christmas to Chinese New Year and the Newroz Fire Festival; a celebration of the Kurdish New Year. You don't need to go into the city to have a great night out!

This is a symbolic event for the coming new year and the commencement of spring in Kurdistan. This is a traditional holiday celebrating deliverance and is seen as a way to demonstrate support for the Kurdish people. The celebration coincides with the Northward or Spring equinox.
