I stayed at Comfort Inn Botanical again on a recent trip to
Hamilton and the
Southern Grampians via
Sharp Airlines from
Melbourne.
Although the first experience was positive, the second time upped the ante. Jess had organised for me to stay in the newly refurbished rooms her brother had completed just several days back.
It was nicely done. The room was larger, the bed was comfy and the television a LCD TV but the highlight was the modern contemporary bathroom and upgraded showers. It had a practical detachable shower head which even deluxe-class hotels fail to provide.
The newly refurbished room I stayed in is an ideal living space for a working professional who's staying a couple of weeks and also adequate for a small family of two adults and a child.
Comfort Inn Botanical remains one of the best choices if you're looking for a quality room at reasonable prices when visiting Hamilton for business or holiday.
It is located at a convenient spot next to the Botanic Gardens and a few steps away from the retail strip with boutique shopping and the popular
Darriwill Farm Cafe Restaurant.
Ten minutes walk and you're at the Visitors' Information Centre and another popular local eatery,
Alexandra House.
The hotel also has an
onsite restaurant and bar that serves excellent brekkie.
