1. New Year's Eve Hardrock Cafe
When: 31 December 2014: 7pm-2am, 7pm-10pm or 10pm-2am
Where: Harbourside Centre Sydney, Level 2,
Cost: There are three packages available tickets start from $150 adults and $ 50.00 for children under 12 years.

2. Sydney Opera House
When: 31 December 2014: from 8pm
Where: Sydney Opera House, 1 Macquarie St, Sydney
Cost: Tickets start from $314.00 per person

6. New Year's Eve Fireworks from a Sailor's View

Where: Manly Wharf, Circular Quay Wharf and Rose Bay Wharf

10. New Year's Eve Celebrations

Where: Bradley's Head Amphitheatre, Bradleys Head Rd, Sydney
Cost: Adults: $60, children (5-15 years): $25 & family (2 adults 2 children): $145.
Details: The whole family will love this event. Live entertainment, kids activities including circus workshop, face painting, live music performances and plenty more and of course the New Year's Eve fireworks display. 11. New Years Eve A Gatsby Affair

12. New Year's Eve

Where: Dudley Page Reserve, Military Rd, Dover Heights, Sydney
Cost: General admission: $35 per person –
Details: Perfect for the whole family to celebrate the New Year. One of the perfect vantage points to watch the fireworks, with free face painting, jumping castles, children's entertainment and music, food stalls, licensed bars and plenty more to celebrate New Year's Eve. Gates open at 6pm – line ups usually start around 4:30pm.
