Welcome 2016 with Flavour, Flair & Fireworks
Welcome in the new year with flavour, flair and fireworks at Brisbane's famed Stokehouse Q!

Stokehouse Q will be hosting two exclusive sittings on New Year's Eve showcasing custom-created menus by acclaimed Executive Chef Richard Ousby.

Plus as the Stokehouse Q overlooks the mighty Brisbane River, diners will also have the opportunity to raise their glasses to the famous fireworks that light up the South Bank reach each year.

Diners can choose from an early siting, perfect for those who wish to enjoy a little revelry on the night and a late sitting, which will coincide with the midnight fireworks.

The early sitting, from 6.00pm, begins with a glass of Ruinart Blanc de Blanc on arrival, followed by delectable three course experience, finishing at 8.30pm - while the night is still young!

The second sitting, from 9.00pm, features a decadent four course feast, with tea and coffee and petit fours to finish, before the magnificent firework display kicks off at midnight. Diners will toast the New Year with a glass of Ruinart de Blanc and welcome 2016 in style!

If you want to celebrate New Year's Eve with style, sophistication and best of all, spectacular cuisine, Stokehouse Q is the ultimate Brisbane venue.

Bookings are now open for both sittings: prices start from $195 pp
