Take it all in at this annual event, topped by a fireworks display that will burst into the night sky on the banks of the iconic Maribyrnong River. Don't feel like the hassle of bringing a picnic? No worries. Melbourne's finest food trucks will be onsite from 6.30pm onwards.

Housekeeping over, lets get to the FUN bits - the ENTERTAINMENT. The amazing Denise Drysdale is your MC for the evening joined by performances from The Mik Maks, Victoria Scottish Pipes and Drums, NEDA and the Electro Carnival and The Robbie Williams Experience.

  • Denise is an Australian twice-awarded Gold Logie winning TV presenter, dancer and comedian and is often affectionately known as Ding Dong.
  • The Mik Maks consist of 4 brothers, Brian, Joel, Alan and Dean McInnes who've performed quirky songs for kids and adults which they write themselves. Children are generally engaged through colour, actions and movement.

  • The Victorian Scottish Pipes and Drums band is one of Australia's oldest and most successful who've been in continuous operation since 1909. Now that's a big WOW! They're dedicated to preserving piping and drumming as one of Australia's top Grade 3 bands, and perform both traditional and modern pipe band music.
  • NEDA and the Electro Carnival put together acoustic, world electro, samba and hip hop styles that draw inspiration from Brazillian carnival traditions and her show is full of glamorous percussion street entries, explosive harmonic vocals in numbers, classical and electric guitar, dance and film media.
  • Louie Lee Feltrin is The Robbie Williams Experience with his ultimate tribute to the modern day show man, Robbie himself. Louie is recognised as arguably the world's foremost Robbie Williams impersonator.

  • Sounds like a night you shouldn't miss!
