Finish 2020 with a bang
Across the state, many larger events have cancelled scheduled firework displays. Fortunately, there are still some public events in Brisbane that will be celebrating the new year with spectacular displays of fireworks and lasers.

New Year's Eve at Sandstone Point Hotel
31 December, 2pm, Sandstone Point Hotel

Family members of all ages will enjoy roving entertainment, live music, food stalls, markets and children's rides. To top it off, there will be two firework displays (8:30pm and midnight). Tickets are $13.60 per adult, $5.65 per child (3-12 years) and free entry for children 3 years and under.

80s v 90s NYE Party
31 December, 6pm, Bulimba Golf Club

This family-friendly event will feature an inflatable waterslide, jumping castles, face painting, live DJ and two displays of fireworks (8pm and midnight). Ticket prices include meals and entertainment, $50.00 per adult, $25.00 per child and no charge for children under two years. Family pass options also available.

One Night In Naples, NYE 2020
31 December, 5pm, The Glen Hotel

Bring the children to enjoy a Neapolitan experience like no other. Enjoy themed food and drinks, live performance from Italian Havana Band and family fireworks at 9pm. Bookings required.

New Year's Eve: The Country Boys
31 December, 8:30pm, Carina Leagues Club

Dust off the dancing shoes, come down and be entertained by The Country Boys from 8:30pm. Fireworks will light up the skies over the oval at 9:00pm. Tickets not required.

Paradise Point Fireworks
31 December, 9:00pm, Paradise Point Beach

A COVID-safe fireworks display will be launched from an off-shore barge. Ticket registration is required for those wishing to attend, the link to register will be released on Boxing Day.

"Drive-Into 2021" NYE Event
31 December, 4:00pm, Tivoli Drive-In Theatre

Enjoy the last afternoon of 2020 with market stalls, stage entertainment, LED balloon animals, craft corner, and a bubble show. There will also be a screening of Disney's latest blockbuster movie 'Onward,' followed by a fireworks finale at 9:40pm. Tickets $22.19 per vehicle, bookings essential.
