New Year's Eve is always the biggest party. In Brisbane, there are a number of places you can go to enjoy yourself.

Alfred & Constance Bar, Fortitude Valley

A&C have decided to trade as usual. The beer garden opens at 11am, White Lightending Tiki Bar opens at 12noon and it'll be free entry all day and night. Having opened recently , I expect this venue to be loads of fun for NYE. More info at their Facebook event page here .

Byblos, Hamilton - 8:00pm - 3:00am

Located at Portside, you'll have a fabulous view of the river and two fireworks shows - one at 9am, one at midnight. Tickets are $199 and include five hours of cocktails and spirits, canapes. There will be live entertainment and DJs, and for those who haven't gotten enough, complimentary buses taking guests into Ann St, Fortitude Valley from 12:30am until 2:00am, to continue the party. Chalk Hotel, Woolloongabba

Disguise yourself at the Masquerade Ball at Chalk. There are two levels of tickets available - $75 for a Silver Ticket, which includes beer, wine and spirits, or $95 for a Gold Ticket, which includes beer, wine, spirits, cocktails and dessert. Cloudland, Fortitude Valley - 7:30pm - 12:30am

Three levels of glamour is on offer at Cloudland this NYE. Tickets are $135, or 10 tickets for $1250, which includes 5-hour drinks package (brimming with French bubbles), and canapés. You'll be entertained by live funk / soul band, Capitol Groove as well as DJs and there will also be roving entertainers. More info at their Facebook event page here .

Fourth Wall Bar, Fortitude Valley - 8:00pm - 12 midnight

Speakeasy inspired, Fourth Wall Bar which opened in August will have a shindig for NYE. Tickets are $150 pre-sale, and $200 at the door, which'll get you cocktails, beer, wine, sparkling, nibbles, and tunes. More info at their Facebook event page here .

Fox Hotel, South Brisbane

Some Like It Hot - 1920s theme at Fox Hotel this NYE and boast a great view of the laser light show and fireworks. Tickets are $89 and include a two-hour (8:00pm - 10:00pm) of prohibition style cocktails, champagne, spirits, beer, wine, as well as canapes. You'll get entertained by show girls, magicians, live jazz, and DJ, Greaves. More info at their Facebook event page here .

The Joynt, South Brisbane - 6:00pm - 2:00am

Get up in your fancy dress for the 70s and 80s inspired dance party at the Joynt. $10 entry and you'll enjoy a DJ spinning tunes. The Joynt is open until 2am and they'll even call cabs at the end of the night to get you home safely. More info at their Facebook event page here .

Kerbside, Fortitude Valley

Another low-key NYE at Kerbside, on Constance St in the Valley. Their resident DJ will entertain, and they have some themed areas to keep you entertained. More info at their Facebook event page here .

Limes Rooftop Bar, Fortitude Valley - 8:00pm - 2:00am

NYE on a rooftop sounds just divine at Limes. Tickets are $195 or $185 each for groups of 5 or more, which includes special cocktails, premium spirits, wines, imported beers, sparkling and gourmet canapés served from 8pm till 2am. With DJs spinning tunes all night, and the option of taking a room at Limes Hotel at the end of the night, this is a good option if you're looking for something premium. The Manhattan Club, Fortitude Valley - 7:30pm - 12:30am

On Wickham St, across from Chinatown, The Manhattan Club will celebrate NYE. Tickets are $95, which includes canapés, champagne, cocktails, beer, wine and spirits.

Tempo Hotel, Fortitude Valley

Another venue trading as usual, with free entry. Tempo will have live music courtesy of The Decoys and the Jetstream Duo. More info at their Facebook event page here .
