  • BLACK Bar & Grill

    Overlooking Sydney Harbour, BLACK Bar & Grill offers an opulent and sumptuous menu to kick-start your new year. Chef Dany Karam creates the finest seafood dishes and uses the most succulent cuts of meat to create an indulgent dining experience. Treat your friends and family while taking in the breathtaking views of the city's iconic harbour from BLACK Bar & Grill's floor to ceiling windows.

    First sitting (from 5.30pm):

    Five courses $165 per person (food only) or $265 per person (premium beverage package).

    Second sitting (from 8.30pm):

    $295 per person (food only) or $395 per person (premium beverage package).

    Both prices include a glass of NV Moët & Chandon 'Brut Imperial' on arrival.

  • Balla

    The Star's flagship Italian fine dining restaurant Balla is offering a set menu on New Year's Eve. Head chef, Gabriele Taddeucci has taken great pride in creating a celebratory menu using the freshest produce available. Featuring a wood-fired grill, the restaurant reflects the team's dedication to delivering truly authentic cuisine from Australia's diverse natural wonderland. Add to this a stunning view of Sydney Harbour and Balla puts you in the prime spot for New Year's Eve.

    First sitting (from 5.30pm): $85 per person.

    Second sitting (from 8.30pm): $239 per person (food only) | $295 per person (premium beverage package)

  • Sokyo

    Multi-award winning modern Japanese fine dining is the hallmark of the Good Food Guide-hatted Sokyo Restaurant. On New Year's Eve, Chef Chase Kojima will be serving his signature exotic creations, matched with fine wines and sakes by Sokyo's award-winning bar staff. Sokyo is the place to sample exquisite cocktails with a Japanese twist, before indulging in some of the most delicate Japanese dishes anywhere in Sydney.
    A la carte menu served from 5.30pm.

  • Harvest Buffet

    Celebrate ringing in the New Year at Sydney's finest buffet. Begin with a complimentary house drink on arrival before tasting the elaborate selection of fresh seafood, authentic dim sum, house-made pizzas, pastas, crisp salads, traditional roasts and an unmatched dessert bar.

    $110 per adult, $40 per child 12 years and under. Kids under 4 years old eat for free.

  • Cherry Bar

    With specialty Bombay Sapphire cocktails and a gorgeous skyline backdrop, Cherry brings you the perfect New Year's Eve package with a selection of premium beverages and canapés with smooth tunes by the Martini Club and stunning views of the harbour fireworks.

    The food and beverage package is $130 per person, including a cocktail on arrival from 8pm and one at the stroke of midnight.

  • Marquee Sydney

    Let Marquee Sydney take you on a trance journey for your last hours of 2017 with Australia's #1 DJ MaRLo.
