Kick off 2015 with a new you
When the New Year rolls around it's typically the time for all those resolutions to kick in for the new year. So if you're trying to lose a bit of weight, build up your confidence, get rid of a bad habit or simply just make the most out of life by kicking some serious goals in 2015, Starting Today Coaching has launched an event to help people do just that.
Kick off 2015 with a new outlook with Starting Today Coaching's New Year, New You program.
These 6 week programs are based in Melbourne's eastern suburbs and include both group personal training sessions, life coaching sessions and a celebration event to say cheers to the new you.
Workshops include six once-a-week 45min outdoor group training sessions, six once-a-week 45min group coaching sessions to help you better understand yourself, your associations with food and fitness, what motivates and demotivates you and the emotional and unnecessary baggage that prevents us from succeeding.
Participants get regular weigh ins, ongoing support from a trainer and coach and a bit of a celebration event at the end to welcome the new you.
Groups are limited to 10 people only, ensuring you get all the support and attention you need to succeed. i.e. there's no room for time wasters. These sessions are about changing you on the outside and ensuring those changes happen inside too.
Sessions are held in the St Kilda/Windsor area on Monday evenings from January 5, 2015 for a 6 week duration.
