is an excellent restaurant located in Hindmarsh. Located close to the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, why not visit here for your next pre-show dinner?
We visited on a Saturday evening when they were serving their pre-show menu. You can choose from 2 or 3 courses of which we opted for the latter for $59 per person.
Crusty sourdough bread, local goats curd, warm local olives
Honestly, this was an amazing starter. The crust wasn't too stiff and had a great chew, whilst the bread itself was very soft and spongy. It was so good I asked who their supplier is - Rustico in Dernancourt.
Yucatan kingfish ceviche, tequila, lime, grilled corn, black beans. >{?Never pass on kingfish ceviche. The juxtaposition between the fresh fish and acidity is always a delight.
I believe these were goat cheese fritters with beetroot puree and toasted hazelnuts, another textural delight.
North Indian chaat potatoes, spices, paneer cheese, green mango relish, red cabbage slaw.Unfortunately, this wasn't as crispy as I would have liked.
Steamed pork and prawn dumplings, fermented chilli dressing, green onions, roasted eggplant, wood ear mushroomThese dumplings were beautifully pleated and the skin wasn't too thick or thin.

Chicken nasi lemak%%The protein was very tender, but I would have liked more of that spicy sambal for extra flavour.
Vanilla panna cotta, pomegranate, rose, nutty baklava. One of the highlights of the night. I've never had a panna cotta that was so smooth.
is open for lunch Tuesdays to Fridays from 12 pm - 3 pm and open for dinner Wednesdays to Saturdays from 6:00 pm. They have multiple menus available depending on the time of day you visit, so please check the website before going.
