ICAT stands for Inspire, Creative, Adventure and Therapeutic. This exhibition hosted by New Horizons shall certainly encompass all of the above! You will have the privilege of admiring the art work of the elderly and those living with a mental illness.

Exhibitions such as this help break down stigma and a number of works shall be for sale, so you also have the opportunity to support local artists! Many of the artists shall be present so you can chat about what inspired them to create their piece. I love uncovering how something of beauty came to be!
