Cruise on a local steam wheeler and have fun
Oh, to cruise to cruise! And you won't even have to get on a plane to go there! Here you can take a leisurely, five and a half hour cruise along the Nepean River, featuring the beautiful natural landscape of the Nepean Gorge. As well as that, you will also see the foothills of the Blue Mountains National Park and find out some of the secrets hidden on the outskirts of Sydney.
Experience the natural wonders of the landscape and its inhabitants, including eagles, cormorants, azure kingfishers, bellbirds and more. I believe that there have been reports of a dingo close to Erskine Creek and if you bring your binoculars, you may even spot an echidna hidden amongst the bushes on the riverbank! And, of course, don't forget your camera!
While you are on the steamer, you will enjoy a Devonshire Tea of freshly baked scones with jam and cream. These will be served with brewed tea or coffee on board as you cruise through the narrows at the mouth of the Glenbrook Creek.
The cruise goes through the area of Euroka Clearing and the historical picnic stopping point of Breakfast Creek, at which point this great 2-course buffet lunch will be served. On reaching the mouth of Erskine Creek, the Nepean Belle will turn around and make its way back along the River to the boarding jetty.
This is a special event cruise and you may share tables with others.
The toilets are located upstairs on the Belle.
The Belle is fully licensed, however, cash is required for all purchases from the bar.
Drinks are not included in your ticket price. Tea and coffee are included.
Seating preferences will be noted however they cannot be guaranteed.
The Nepean Belle cruises leave the jetty promptly at the advised departure time. Passengers are advised to arrive at the jetty ready for boarding 30 minutes prior to departure time. Refunds will not be available if you miss the boat!

About the Belle Paddlesteamer The Nepean Belle Paddlewheeler, or the Belle as she is affectionately known, was launched in October 1982 and had been run by the Wakeling family for 32 years.
Chris and Carol Bennet are local residents, and they purchased the Nepean Belle Paddlewheeler in October 2013. Chris had worked on the Belle when she first started working on the Nepean River. He and Carol are determined to continue and maintain the operation of this wonderful paddlewheeler.
The business continues to be a family affair and the Belle has a great reputation for good food that is freshly prepared onboard, hospitality, scenery and charm. The Nepean Belle Paddlewheeler is an icon in Western Sydney and can often be seen at the Jetty and cruising the Nepean River many times each week throughout the year.
