Neutral Bay Pub Crawl

How about a pub crawl with less of the crawl? Neutral Bay, on Sydney's lower North Shore, is the perfect place.
In recent times it has become an increasingly popular location for dinner and drinks, with a number of new bars and restaurants flooding onto the scene. With minimal distance between them, it means you can try a few different bars in one night and it's easier for friends to join you midway around.
Some of my favourites are:
Blue Plate Bar and Grill
24 Young Street, Neutral Bay (entrance on Grosvenor Street)
Blue Plate has a cocktail / bar area, with a happy hour on a selection of cocktails, beers and bar food from 5-7pm daily. If you are peckish, I've heard the buffalo hot wings are well worth a try. It also has a full restaurant for those wanting to stay for dinner.
FireFly
24 Young Street, Neutral Bay
Firefly is a popular bar with seating both inside and out. The pizzas are delicious and ideal for sharing. Check the website for their latest offers.
The Local Bar
8 Young Lane, Neutral Bay
The Local Bar is tucked down a side lane but is a great find. A classy outlet, with hundreds of bottles of wine on display behind the bar, it has a vast drinks menu and even serves mulled wine in Winter!
Garden Brasserie
Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay
Garden Brasserie is a great bar for catching up with friends, with its wide selection of Tapas and extensive cocktail menu. My favourite cocktail is the Cheesecake Martini. Amazing! It has two levels with an open staircase in the middle. With its garden theme, it really does make you feel like you're on holiday.
