Rosetta Ristorante will showcase some of winter's best produce through 4 classic Italian dishes for the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival's The Roast Collection. Each week for the month of June, awarding winning chef Neil Perry and his team will highlight a different roasted meat.
Guests can enjoy slow cooked venison, wood roasted spatchcock, veal osso bucco and pork cutlet accompanied by Italian wines from Victoria for lunch and dinner.
