This January marks the 98th anniversary of the .

Held on Sunday 25th January 2015, at the Neerim Recreation Reserve, the is a full day celebration of everything country, from lawnmower racing to cattle show, show jumping competition, vintage tractor pull and "Beaute Ute" competition.

Saddle up at 8am for a hot breakfast, and be sure to wear your walking shoes, there is so much to see and do.


Woodchop competition, Photography, Floral Art, Fruit and Vegetable Displays, dog high jump, kids art and craft competitions, pipe band, sheep shearing, whip cracking, chainsaw carving, blacksmith and even quilting display.

Admission is CHEAP! Adult entry only $15 and children under 15 are FREE when accompanied by an adult.

Before the show, purchase an unlimited ride wristband from the Neerim District Community Bank, 143 Main Neerim Road, Neerim South. Priced at $25 until close of business on 24th January 2015, or $30 if you buy on the day. You can contact the Neerim District Community Bank on 5628 1079.

Rides include dodgem cars, aerial bungee, waterballs, trackless train, jumping castle and more.

Also for the kids, show bags, animal nursery, popcorn, ice-cream, fairy floss, balloonaversal workshop, blacksnake productions display and talks .

For the entire family, enjoy live country music and steam engine display, vintage trucks and cars in additional to the animal, art and craft competitions.
