is a park and playground in the newer development of Seaford Meadows. You can reach the park from both Nautical Circuit and Seaford Road, so it is easy to find even if you're not in the new development.

One of the best things about the park is the playground. It is full of new equipment that is free from rust and ageing, and thankfully also graffiti. Unlike the nearby playground at Moana Beach , another new playground in the area that has a slightly odd set up, the Nautical Circuit playground follows a more traditional layout.

There are monkey bars, swings, slides, climbing frames, and everything that you'd expect to find in your usual suburban playground. The layout is fun, and fresh, it may have all the usual suspects but it's still a lot more than the old metal playgrounds that have been hanging around for years. Unfortunately it isn't an 'access for all' playground, a great feature of some newer playgrounds.

Apart from the playground there is also a shaded area with a few picnic tables. There are no barbecues or toilets, so it may not be the ideal place for a big gathering, but it is still a good spot for brining along a picnic from home. The shaded area is right beside the playground, which means mums and dads can sit in the shade and still watch the kids play.

The park is divided by paths that all link up, providing a good spot for the younger kids to ride their bikes. This also means there are multiple large grassy areas, which means even if there are lots of people at the park you can still find some space to kick the footy. They aren't designed as ovals, so there are still plenty of smaller trees. While you might not have a full game, it's still good for kicking around the ball.

The park may not be facility filled, but it's new and well maintained. It's a short walk from both the Seaford Central Shopping Centre and the Foodland on Seaford Road. While there are other nearby parks, it's great for the new development and if you're looking for somewhere different to bring the kids.

Check out the Council website for more parks and playgrounds in the area.
