A privately chartered ferry from King Street Wharf took us out to Goat Island in what seemed like we were on an episode of Survivor. Once we got there, we were provided with a rucksack containing a runner vest, water bottles, juices, hats, raincoats and sunscreen. The beautiful Catriona Rowntree was also there to open the race for everyone.

From yoga by the beautiful Harbour Bridge to a very tricky Wipeout style obstacle course, there was a mixed of activities that kept everyone busy. Every activity added one stamp to our Wonder Race passport and once we collected eight stamps, we were rewarded with even more supplement goodies.

Back to Sydney wharf, we went, feeling rejuvenated. But guess what the best thing about the whole day was? Every single dollar from tickets proceeds went straight to the Starlight Children's Foundation!
