Parched at 374 Bridge Road, Richmond, proudly stands Naturelle Beaute beauty salon. On a lovely Saturday, I was invited to grace the red carpet of the Naturelle Beaute beauty salon to test drive their various beauty treatments. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Anna Mai and Lilly Lam. I noted that the salon is a cosy little place with 4 rooms dedicated to facials, body treatments, massages and waxing while the front area is used for manicures, pedicures and makeup as well as greeting customers. The place has a relaxing and welcoming ambiance which immediately puts anyone at ease. The spick and span state of the entire premises is pleasing to the eye.
The day's agenda involved a wide range of indulgent pampering. The deluxe treatments commenced with a Booster facial. This facial is designed to render a clean and refreshing feeling. Skin is double cleansed followed by steam, exfoliation and mask. My beauty therapist was Anna whose fingers gently and efficiently cleansed and exfoliated my face. The steam unclogged my pores and the mask conditioned my skin. Finally, Anna smoothly massaged a face cream into my face and neck. With soothing music playing in the background and the air pregnant with enchanting aromas, my mind drifted away to happy thoughts, eventually reaching a stage of tranquillity.

Next, it was time for the spa pedicure. This luxurious and comprehensive foot treatment had me at hello. The pedicure starts with the feet being soaked in warm water infused with marine foot salts. The next steps entail nail and cuticle work, exfoliation, sole rasping, hydrating foot mask, tension relief massage of the lower leg and feet and finishing off with a nail polish application. The charming experience is elevated by manifold by the massage chairs you occupy during the pedicure. Complete with an accessible remote control, the massage options for the chair are extensive and your back, neck and bottom will thank you for some relaxing massage as the beauty therapist works their magic on your exhausted feet.

The final part of the pampering involved an express manicure which is essentially a removal of old nail polish and application of new nail polish. The choices are many and you can pick different coloured polishes for your finger nails and toe nails.

Over a steaming cup of coffee, the Marketing Manager of Naturelle Beaute, Thanh Ha, shared the history of this salon as well as the future aspirations. Recognition of years of experience in the beauty industry, a sense of adventure, a desire to fulfil lifelong dreams of owning a beauty salon gave rise to a beautiful partnership between two good friends (Lilly and Anna) making Naturelle Beaute a reality. The salon finally opened its doors to the public in early May 2013.
The day I visited this lovely salon, they held the Biggest Morning Tea sponsored by the Cancer Council Australia. As part of the philanthropic venture, the salon authorities had organised a delectable selection of tea, biscuits and cakes along with free gift bags filled with samples and free manicure offers.
