If you're keen on channeling your inner David Attenborough, come along to the event—your chance to become a bona fide citizen scientist on the Gold Coast. You'll be teaming up with the NaturallyGC crew and the wildlife experts from Wildlife QLD to set up monitoring cameras in local conservation parks. Who knows what kind of critters you'll capture on film? The best part? All footage will end up on the Wildlife WatchGC iNaturalist platform, allowing you to play detective and help identify the furry, feathered, or scaly stars of the show.

A couple of things to keep in mind before you sign up. This adventure is strictly for those aged 12 and above—sorry, kids under 12—unless you can bring a responsible adult along. Be prepared for some off-trail bushwalking, so sturdy shoes are a must. And just a heads-up, we're not about big groups here, so if you can't snag tickets for your entire crew, better rethink your plans. Once you've registered, you'll get location details, so don't panic! Pop on some comfy gear and get ready to relish the great outdoors while helping our wildlife.
