Children's minds are naturally inquisitive; that's why they ask so many questions and sometimes putting the adults on the spot for quick thinking answers to those questions. There is no denying that if we adults do not come up with what seems a reasonable answer, there will be another question.
The City of The Gold Coast
NaturallyGC program provides the Gold Coast community to nature through free or low-cost workshops, activities and events that cater for all ages. These events encompass several subjects including science, tree planting, guided bushwalks, environmental educational workshops, nature photography, wildlife shows, bush tucker experiences and much more.
On Sunday 24th February 2019, from 5.00 to 6.00pm, marine biologists from
Ocean Connect invite children aged five years and above to join them at the rocky shores at
Burleigh Heads , to explore the unique environment while learning about the living and non-living things in the rock pools.
To be part of this workshop you must register here. Upon
registration , you will be provided full details. This workshop was originally scheduled for 9.00am; however, due to tide changes, it has been rescheduled for 5.00pm. If any other changes occur, any persons who have registered will be notified closer to the event. This event is supported by Division 12 Councillor Pauline Young.
If you are interested in other NaturallyGC events, you can become a
member or subscribe to their mailing list. A full program of events can be viewed
