Learn and taste Peruvian food in Melbourne
Pastuso invites you to explore the world of Peruvian food and natural wines in October. Chef Alejandro Saravia of Pastuso, Christian McCabe of Town Mouse in Carlton and Embla in the CBD, and Hilary McNevin of Pep Events have teamed up to take you on a Peruvian food journey with matching natural wines. You can enjoy a 3-course sharing menu created by Alejandro and unique wines chosen by Christian. Hilary will be hosting the event and conducting a Q&A with both gentlemen about the cuisine, ceviche, natural wines and tips for food and wine matching.
