Natural Nine is one of the restaurants located within Casino Canberra, specializing in Asian cuisine. Aside from the main menu offered during dinner time, the restaurant also offers a noodle and dumpling lunch set from Mondays to Thursdays and Yum Cha on Fridays.
Their Steamed Barramundi Fillet was very tender and of a size that made it suitable to be shared. Sufficient ginger was used to impart a delectable gingery taste and the soy sauce tied everything together. Shredded carrots were also included for a bit of extra texture.

The Five Spice Tempura Eggplant was soft with a bit of firmness, with crisp and light tempura batter providing a good contrast. The five-spice seasoning gave the dish its distinctive flavour without being too excessive. The interior of the eggplant is steaming hot when served, so eating them slowly is advised.

All the vegetables in the Stir-fried Vegetables in Garlic retained a bit of bite. Enough garlic was used in the dish to give it the garlicky flavour that we expected. While not apparent from the dish's name, the vegetables were also cooked in a light sauce to ensure they were not too dry.

Their Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings had juicy flesh that was easy to eat off the bones and was cooked sufficiently to give them a nice golden brown colour. The lemon pepper seasoning used in the dish gave them a delectable peppery flavour with a hint of tanginess. For those who like to enhance the tangy flavour, a lemon wedge was served with the wings for the purpose.

The décor of the restaurant gave it a modern feel with a bit of an Asian flair. Its location makes it a convenient dining option for visitors to Canberra Casino and Crowne Plaza Hotel.
