Nativity: The Christmas Garden is coming to Gawler for the very first time this December, and you are invited to come journey through the Christmas story. Over six consecutive days, it will be one of the biggest nativity in South Australia with five handmade life-sized scenes.
These scenes begin in Nazareth with angel Gabriel appearing to Mary, a virgin engaged to marry Joseph, to announce her pregnancy and the birth of her son Jesus. Various events then lead up to the final scene in Bethlehem where you will find the baby, wrapped with pieces of cloth, lying in a manger.
