It's South Africa versus South Australia on Friday the 23rd of July 2021 at the National Wine Centre. For this dining experience, Executive Chef Steven Clark will showcase some of the best South African food and wine using locally grown South Australian produce. He will also be available to answer any questions you may have about traditional cooking techniques.
On the day itself, you will be taken 'on safari' with a progressive lunch through different parts of the centre. You will get to compare spectacular wines from both regions, explore interactive food stations and enjoy some entertainment.
The National Wine Centre is located at the corner of Hackney and Botanic Roads in the city. 'On safari' will set you back $155 per person, with tickets available for purchase via their website.
