This year's National Trust Heritage Festival commemorates the centenary of ANZACs and Australia's Indigenous past.Under the banner of Conflict and Compassion, this year's festival will feature a diverse range of interactive talks, tours, exhibitions and events across WA, with a selection of activities at Whiteman Park.There will be a special focus on Whiteman Park's transport heritage collections, and as part of the festivities visitors can collect a free set of 2015 souvenir cards from each of the transport heritage groups within the Park.Highlights of this year's programme include:[U]Tours[/U]Behind the Scenes Tours at Revolutions Transport MuseumEvery Sunday at 11.00am and 1.30pmDonationBookings are essential on 9209 6000.Carbarn TourSunday 26 AprilEvery 30 minutes starting at 11.00amIncluded in fareWhiteman Explorer Bus ToursEvery Monday11.00am and 1.00pmFreeBus Workshop ToursEvery Tuesday10.00amFreeMotor Museum ExchangeFriday 24 April and 8 May10.30am and 1.00pmAll tickets $5.00Come and learn about three unique vehicles: The XJS Jaguar, the WWII Charcoal Gas Producer and the 1923 Rugby Ute.
